GPS Visualizer can now re-order (and optionally connect) scrambled, out-of-order track segments. Look for ' Reorder/merge coterminous tracks' in the advanced track options. (Individual /node or /way URLs on can also be used.) 'Nodes' will be processed if they have names, and 'ways' will be processed if they are roads or trails. GPS Visualizer's input forms now have a parameter called elevation gain/loss threshold, which can help get you more accurate elevation gain calculations.
